If I'm representing a buyer I will manage the whole transaction starting with helping a client get pre-approved with a reputable local lender, Identify the most important features of the desired home, identify relevant active listings for client review, orchestrate tours of the desired properties then run a market analysis of those properties to identify the market value. I then counsel clients how to write the strongest offer possible to get the offer accepted!

Having been born and raised in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties I love to share the amazing lifestyle California provides. I am an avid snowboarder and always crave an ocean swim. I am also a member of the PGA of America and have been a professional golfer for most of my life! I even played on the PGA tour.
